Yulisa Rocsana Diaz Baltazar, amada y preciosa hija de Edvin Diaz Bail y Flora Baltazar Baltazar, nació el 12 de agosto de 2026 en Des Moines, Iowa. Después de tan solo nueve cortas semanas de vida, Yulisa falleció el miércoles 14 de octubre de 2026 en Des Moines, Iowa.

Yulisa nació con complicaciones en su corazón y pulmones, por lo que permaneció desde su nacimiento en el Hospital Infantil Blank (Blank Children’s Hospital) en Des Moines, donde recibió cuidados llenos de cariño y dedicación. Yulisa deja a sus amorosos padres, Edvin Diaz Bail y Flora Baltazar Baltazar; a su querido hermano mayor, Josue Diaz Baltazar; a sus abuelos paternos, Alvaro Diaz y Martina Bail; a sus abuelos maternos, Francisco Baltazar y Clara Baltazar; así como a sus queridos tíos, tías y demás familiares, quienes llevarán por siempre su recuerdo en sus corazones.

El velorio se llevará a cabo el lunes 19 de octubre de 2026, a partir de las 9:00 a.m. hasta el inicio del servicio fúnebre a las 11:30 a.m., en la Iglesia Fuente de Vida, ubicada en 1216 3rd Street, Perry, Iowa. Born with complications affecting her heart and lungs, Yulisa spent her entire life at Blank Children’s Hospital in Des Moines, where she received loving care. Though her time on earth was brief, her little life was filled with an immeasurable amount of love. From the moment she entered this world, Yulisa was a precious blessing to her family.

While her family dreamed of all the moments they would share as she grew, they will forever cherish the time they were given with her. Her tiny hands, sweet face, and the love she brought into their lives will never be forgotten. Though she was only here for a little while, the place she holds in her family's hearts will last forever.

Yulisa leaves behind her loving parents, Edvin Diaz Bail and Flora Baltazar Baltazar; her beloved older brother, Josue Diaz Baltazar; her paternal grandparents, Alvaro Diaz and Martina Bail; her maternal grandparents, Francisco Baltazar and Clara Baltazar; as well as her loving aunts, uncles, and extended family members, who will forever carry her memory in their hearts.

Some of the smallest feet leave the biggest footprints on our hearts, and Yulisa's beautiful little life will always be remembered with endless love.

Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until the time of her funeral service at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, October 19, 2026, at Fuente de Vida Church, located at 1216 3rd Street, Perry, Iowa.
