William "Bill" Limke

Bill passed away peacefully on September 19, 2017 in his sleep after a battle with heart disease. A memorial service will be at 11:00 am, Saturday September 23, 2017 at Caldwell Parrish Funeral Home & Crematory in Urbandale, Iowa. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Bill worked as a mason most of his life. He had a warm smile and a hello for everyone. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends whom he loved dearly. He is survived by his only child, Amber Dawn (Rory II) Peterson; grandson, Rory III “Boogie”; granddaughter, Remy; sisters, Diane (Pat) Cummings and Pam (Clayton) Smith; brother, Tom Limke II; and many nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by his parents, Tom and Shirley Limke and brother, Mike Limke.
