Tarbiat Hormozi, 89 of Urbandale passed away on Sunday, March 20, 2016. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at Saint Francis of Assisi in West Des Moines. Burial will follow at Resthaven Cemetery.
