Sally Hubbard

Sally Ann “Johnson Wiezorek” Hubbard, 76, passed away peacefully at home on November 4, 2022. She was born on June 10, 1946 in Des Moines, Iowa. She graduated from East High School in Des Moines in 1963. Sally dedicated her career to Bankers Trust where she eventually retired from. She was married to the love of her life Pat Hubbard for 48 years.

She is survived by her step-son Alan (Kim) Hubbard; grandson Zachary (Cory) Wiezorek; sister-in-law Doris Johnson Beck; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceding Sally in her death is her husband Pat Hubbard; son John Wiezorek; parents Shelby and Emma “Schwartztrauber Wood” Johnson; sister Ruth (Virgil) Clemenson; and brothers Jerry Johnson and Gale (Rachel) Johnson.

Per Sally’s wishes, there will be no services held.
