Rex White

Rex White, 77, of Winterset, Iowa, died Monday, March 11, 2019, at West Bridge Care & Rehabilitation in Winterset. Graveside services and burial will be held 11:30 AM Monday, March 18, 2019, at Worthington Church Cemetery in Madison County, Iowa with Pastor Debra Traxler officiating. Rex was born on March 5, 1942, at Winterset, Iowa to Vernon and Lucile (Olson) White. He was a 1962 graduate of Winterset High School and lived in Madison County a major part of his life with some years living at Woodward and Cherokee, Iowa. Rex loved to draw, especially race cars. He was a fan of auto racing and fast colorful cars. Rex is survived by distance relatives. He was preceded in death by his parents, Vernon and Lucile (Olson) White; and sister, Betty Ann White. Visitation will be Monday, March 18, from 9 to 11 AM at Caldwell Parrish Funeral Home - Collins Chapel.
