Patyn Louise Reichart

Patyn Louise Reichart, the pre-term daughter of James and Cody (Jennett) Reichart, passed away Tuesday, March 2, 2004 at the University Of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City, Iowa. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 10, 2004 at the Sunset Cemetery, Des Moines, Iowa; where Pastor Bruce Wangler will officiate. Survivors include her parents, James and Cody Reichart of Lorimor; a brother, Tyler James Reichart, two sisters, Emmalee Elizabeth Reichart; Trinity Victoria Reichart all at home; grandparents, Philip and Pam Reichart of Lorimor; Leo and Nita Jurgens of Polk City; Mark and Mary Jennett of Nemaha; great grandmothers, Sally Jennett of Storm Lake; Irene Scott of Des Moines; three aunts and six uncles. Patyn was preceded in death by four great grandfathers, two great grandmothers and a great aunt.
