Nan" Cummings, 74 of Grand Junction, IA. Nan died Saturday, August 3, 2019 at Iowa Methodist Hospital in Des Moines. A Celebration of Nan's life will be celebrated Saturday, August 10, 2019 at Hastings Funeral Home in Jefferson. Nan is survived by her husband Jack of Grand Junction, IA ; daughters Dannielle Cummings Dayton of West Des Moines, IA; Carrie Cummings of Phoenix, AZ; adopted daughter Melissa Jafvert; 4 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren; and a multitude of friends and loved ones. Gathering and lunch at the United Methodist Church in Grand Junction.
