Judy Dreyer

Judy Dreyer, 81, of Winterset, passed away Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at Azria Health in Winterset.

Judith Ann was born May 27, 1944, in Winterset, the daughter of Marion and Alice (Comp) McDonald. She graduated from Winterset High School in 1962 and later earned her associate degree. Judy spent her life in Winterset and Madison County.

On August 30, 1974, she was united in marriage to Donald Dreyer at the First United Methodist Church in Winterset. Judy worked for many years as an administrative assistant in the insurance industry.

Judy found great joy in the simple pleasures of life, especially the companionship of her beloved dog, Suzy Q. She will be remembered for her kind heart, and devotion to those she loved.

She is survived by her brothers, Richard (Donna) McDonald and Robert (Rita) McDonald.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Donald Dreyer.

A visitation will begin at 1:00 p.m., Monday, April 6, 2026, at Caldwell Parrish Funeral Home, Winterset Chapel, with a graveside service to follow at 2:00 p.m. at the Winterset Cemetery.
