Hastings Funeral Home in Perry, is in charge of arrangements for Judy Ann Stodgel, 70, of Des Moines (formerly of Jefferson.) She died on February 14, 2016 at Iowa Lutheran Hospital. Judy is survived by her son, Mike (Marianne) Simpson and brother, Lyle (Kathy) Rice. There will be no services at this time.
