Joy is survived by her husband Paul Bartley of Boone; sons, Nick Bartley of Sioux Rapids and Lance (Shannon) Bartley of Harlan; daughter, Lea Bartley of Ames; father, Horace Hedges (Ruth) of Jefferson; 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandson; sisters, Karen (Joe) Jackson of Fort Dodge and Jo Anne (John) Smith, of Owings, MD.
