Joseph Colacecchi, Jr.

Joseph Colacecchi, Jr., 62, passed away Monday, January 23, 2017 at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines. A memorial service will be at 11:30 a.m., Friday, February 3, 2017 at Caldwell Parrish Funeral Home & Crematory in Urbandale. Graveside service will follow at the Iowa Veterans Cemetery. Joseph is survived by his partner, Rogene Bastings; parents, Joe Sr. and Joanne Colacecchi; sister, Jane (Tom Farley) Colacecchi; brother, Jay (Jonette) Colacecchi; aunts, Rita Schroeder and Anna Marie Noll; uncle, Ronald Plummer; nieces, Jamie, Jessica and Julianne and nephew, Joseph. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Art and Helen Plummer and Gino and Susan Colacecchi.
