José Arturo González González, de 72 años, de Perry, falleció en paz, rodeado de su hija y su hijo, el lunes 6 de abril de 2026.

El 22 de mayo de 1986, Arturo se casó con el amor de su vida, Mary Ruth González.

Arturo trabajó en Osmundson y se jubiló del Woodward Resource Center como RTW en 2019.

Arturo nació en La Unión de San Antonio, Jalisco, México, y amaba la vida de campo, incluyendo la música, la comida y el rodeo al estilo mexicano. Otra de sus pasiones eran los automóviles, y disfrutaba pasar tiempo arreglando sus carros y su camioneta. Después de su jubilación, Arturo dedicaba tiempo a ver canales de YouTube sobre comida y disfrutaba de la jardinería. Fue miembro activo del McCreary Community Building, donde se tomaba el ejercicio muy en serio.

A Arturo le sobreviven sus hijos: Josette (Angel) Caracheo y Jonathan (Vanessa) González; sus nietos: Angelo Caracheo, Jaeden Caracheo, Ely González, Jago Caracheo, Nathan González, Rosemarie González e Isabella González; así como sus hermanos: Enrique, Francisco, Luis, Jorge, Raúl y Rubén González; sus hermanas: Rebeca, Blanca, Mercedes y Margarita González; además de muchos sobrinos, familiares extendidos y amigos que lo extrañarán profundamente.

Le precedieron en la muerte su padre, Enrique González; su madre, Rebeca González; y su esposa, Mary González.

Jose Arturo Gonzalez Gonzalez, age 72, of Perry, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his daughter and son on Monday, April 6, 2026.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 8, 2026 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Perry. Online condolences may be left for the family at www.caldwellparrish.com.

On May 22, 1986, Arturo married the love of his life, Mary Ruth Gonzalez.

Arturo worked at Osmundson and retired from Woodward Resource Center as an RTW in 2019.

Arturo was born in La Union de San Antonio Jalisco, Mexico and loved the country life including music, food, and Mexican- style rodeo. Another of Arturo’s passion was cars and loved spending time fixing his cars and his truck. After retirement, Arturo spent time watching YouTube channels about food and enjoy gardening. Active member of the McCreary Community Building who took exercising seriously.

Arturo is survived by his children, Josette (Angel) Caracheo and Jonathan (Vanessa) Gonzalez; grandchildren: Angelo Caracheo, Jaeden Caracheo, Ely Gonzalez, Jago Caracheo, Nathan Gonzalez, Rosemarie Gonzalez, and Isabella Gonzalez; as well as his brothers: Enrique, Francisco, Luis, Jorge, Raul and Ruben Gonzalez; his sisters: Rebeca, Blanca, Mercedes and Margarita Gonzalez; many nephews, nieces, extended family members, and friends who will miss him deeply.

He was preceded in death by his father, Enrique Gonzalez; mother, Rebeca Gonzalez; and wife, Mary Gonzalez.
