JoAnn Louise Garland, 81, passed away Thursday, April 7, 2016 with family by her side. A memorial service will be Monday, April 11 at 1:00 p.m., with a visitation an hour prior to services. Inurnment will be at Glendale Cemetery. JoAnn is survived by her children, David (Kelly) Garland, Dianne (Jay) Michael and Doreena (Jeff) Warren; eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
