Jeffrey John Harbeck, aged 63, passed away on September 24, 2025, in Polk City, IA. after a year-long battle with lung cancer. Born on June 4, 1962, Jeff dedicated many years to Fabricator's Incorporated, where he worked from the early '80s until his retirement in 2022. An alumnus of Lawton Bronson High School, Jeff was well-known for his commitment to his career and his community.

In 1985, Jeff married his high school sweetheart, Jean Parris; they divorced in 1986. Jeff later married Anita Treglia, with whom he shared three children. In 2021, Jeff and Jean remarried. They joined St. Peter Lutheran Church in Grimes, Iowa, in 2023 and renewed their vows with a small church ceremony in 2024.

Jeff had a lifelong passion for motorcycles, attending the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally annually until this year when his health kept him from going. While the kids were growing, Jeff coached and was a board member of the Westside Little League. He also enjoyed fishing and hunting, activities that allowed him to appreciate the outdoors and spend quality time with friends and family.

He is survived by his wife, Jean; sons, Matthew (Erin) and Christopher (Melissa) Harbeck; daughter, Cassandra (Jack) Faith; stepsons, John, Robert, Michael, and David Graham; stepdaughter, Meredith (Mitchell) Sankey; sisters Cathie (John) Jackson and Deborah (Todd) Brown; brothers Dave (Beth) and Mark (Sokol) Harbeck, thirteen grandchildren, and his devoted four-legged friend, Nuge. He was preceded in death by his parents, Eugene and Joan Harbeck; in-laws, John and Dorothy Parris; and brother-in-law, Jonathan Parris.
