Jean Noel Eucher

Jean Noel Eucher, 72, passed away peacefully at home on December 12, 2025. Jean was born in Dubuque, Iowa to Richard and Mae Noel. She received a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Iowa State University, an Ed.S degree in school psychology and a Ph.D in pediatric psychology from the University of Iowa. She practiced school psychology in Muscatine, Iowa and later pediatric psychology in West Des Moines.

Jean is survived by her husband of 51 years, Ralph, her son Dr James Noel Eucher (Dr Angela Edenloff Eucher) her son Joseph Noel Eucher (Karen) and grandsons Paul Eucher and Jacob Eucher. She also is survived by her six siblings, two brothers in law, a sister in law and their families.

A mass of Christian burial was celebrated for the immediate family. Internment was at Jordan Cemetery in West Des Moines.
