In Loving Memory of Irene Fay "Fay" Witham

With grace in her heart and strength in her spirit, Irene Fay Witham was welcomed into the arms of her Savior on July 17, 2025, in Prescott Valley, Arizona. She was 82 years old.

Fay was born in Milo, Iowa, to Robert and Helen Fulton. She grew up on a farm, where she learned the values of hard work and faith that would guide her for the rest of her life.

In her 20s, Fay married Wally Witham, moved to Arizona, and together they raised three daughters.

Fay is survived by her sisters: Roberta Fitch, Pat Consolver, and Kay Kruger, as well as her daughters: Annette Williamson, KayLyn Simington, and Candi Witham.

A celebration of Fay's life and faith will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, August 9th at:

She will be laid to rest at Winterset Cemetery in Winterset, Iowa.
