Private Funeral Services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 19, 2016 at Hastings Funeral Home in Jefferson. Friends may call the funeral home after 12:00 noon Saturday. Gerald will always be in the hearts of his parents Nicolas Anderson and Amy Jo Blum; grandparents Dennis and Gail Blum of Jefferson, Bob and Marje Grote of Carroll; aunts Shellee Holtrop (Shawn) of Sheldon and April Anderson of Carroll; grandpa Gerald Hoerman of Grimes; many great aunts & uncles and grandpa Vernon Grote of Carroll.
