George William Stish Jr.

George William Stish Jr. passed away on April 28, 2019 at his home surrounded by his loving family. George was born February 12, 1938 in Bertha, Minnesota to George and Gladys Stish. He grew up and graduated in Minnesota. He was married to his wife Elaine Stish for 31 years. He worked as a longshoreman for many years until he was injured. He later opened Father Time Clock Repair and Antiques. In his free time he enjoyed working in the yard, painting, and was an avid golfer and fisherman. He is survived by his wife; children, Becky (Greg) Street, George “Willie” Stish, Michelle (Steve) Strawser, Mike (Tammy) Palm, Dixie (Doug) Miller, Shirley Palm (Chris Fisher); sister, JoAnn; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; son, John Stish; and grandson, Timothy Stish.
