Eva Moore

Eva Kay Moore, 50, of West Des Moines, Iowa, passed away peacefully at her home on July 22, 2026.

Visitation will be held from Noon - 1:00 pm, followed by a funeral service beginning at 1:00 pm, Saturday August 1, 2026 at Caldwell Parrish Funeral Home & Crematory in Urbandale, IA.

Eva was born on January 13, 1976, in Corydon, Iowa to Richard and Janice (Lucas) Harden. She spent her childhood in Wayne County and graduated from Lineville High School before attending Southwestern Community College and then Central College. Later in life, she fulfilled a personal goal by earning her bachelor's degree from Graceland University in 2014.

Eva dedicated much of her professional life to sales and worked as an Account Executive with Bankers Advertising. She was known for her exceptional work ethic, dependability, and the genuine relationships she built with those around her. She loved meeting people and had a gift for making others feel welcome.

Above all else, Eva was a devoted mother and was incredibly proud of her twin boys. Family meant everything to her, and she treasured every opportunity to spend time with those she loved. Though she enjoyed the comfort of home, she also loved attending art shows, watching movies, and spending time with her beloved cats, who brought her great joy.

Eva will be remembered as someone who was full of life, kind-hearted, dependable, and always willing to lend a helping hand. Her warmth, laughter, and caring spirit touched the lives of her family, friends, coworkers, and everyone fortunate enough to know her.

She is lovingly survived by her sons, David (Brittany) Moore and Kevin Moore; her parents, Richard and Janice Harden; brother, Bryan Harden; and many extended family members and dear friends who will miss her deeply.

She was preceded in death by her beloved Aunt Mary Potter.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be given to the family in memory of Eva.
