Hastings Funeral Home in Jefferson is in charge of arrangements for Dwight Muir, 84 of Rippey Iowa. Dwight died Monday July 16, 2012 at Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines. Services will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 24, 2012 at Hastings Funeral Home. Visitation will be held after 10:00 a.m. Monday, July 23, 2012 with the family present from 4:30- 7:30 p.m. at Hastings Funeral Home in Jefferson. Dwight is survived by his children: Teela Sadowsky of Eagleville, MO; Terry Muir of Waynesfield, Ohio; Todd Muir of Jefferson, IA; and Julie Muir of Novinger, MO: and his brother, Eugene Muir of Rippey, IA.
