Duane William Schnell, 90, passed away Monday, December 21, 2015 at Mercy Hospice in Johnston, IA. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Monday, December 28, at Caldwell Parrish Funeral Home & Crematory in Urbandale, IA. Visitation will be one hour prior to the funeral. Interment will be at the Greenwood Cemetery, Knoxville, IA. Duane is survived by his daughters, Violet Espinoza, Louise Johnson and Jeannie Schnell; 7 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife, Marjorie; parents, George and Peyrl; great grandson, Brandon Tague; 1 brother and 3 sisters.
