Donnie Pierce

Donnie was born February 24th, 1955 in Cylinder, Iowa. The son of Marvin Leslie Pierce and Helen Iverson Michelson. He married Jeri Lynn James in 1993 and in 1994 they had a son, James Pierce. Donnie was a veteran of the U.S. Army, after which he was an RN for the majority of his working life. Donnie is survived by his son, James Pierce. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jeri James. Donnie will be laid in rest with members of his family in Emmetsburg, IA. Arrangements still in progress. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to a local veteran’s organization in Donnie’s name.
