Donna Mae VerSteeg, 84, of Truro, passed away on Friday, June 7, 2024 at her home in rural Madison County.
Donna was born on September 25, 1939 in Des Moines, Iowa to Benjamin and Lenore Schreck. She graduated from East High School in Des Moines with the class of 1957. On August 2, 1959, Donna was married to Donnie VerSteeg in Des Moines. Over the years, Donna held multiple jobs and raised hogs. Her last 17 years working was spent running the convenience store in Truro.
Donna is survived by her husband of 64 years, Donnie; and her two children, Debbie Looker, and Dawn Willcox. She was preceded in death by her parents.
