Diana Kay Montinguise

Diana (Diane) Kay Montinguise, 66, passed away July 21, 2015 at Mercy Hospice in Johnston. A memorial service will be at 11:00 a.m., Saturday July 25, 2015 at Caldwell Parrish Funeral Home & Crematory. Visitation will be one hour prior to services. Dianas family would like to thank Dr. Deming, Dr. Elsaway, 8th floor South at Mercy Hospital, Mercy Hospice in Johnston and all who cared for her. Left to cherish her memory are her beloved husband, Michael (Monty) Montinguise; daughter, Jennifer Crandell; son, Anthony (Tony) Montinguise; son, Christopher Montinguise; grandchildren, ZoeAnne, Chantz, Tristan, and Jaxxon; her mother, Norma Hanes; brother, Dennis (Sally) Hanes; brother, Doug (Marcia) Hanes and many beloved nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death were her father, Joseph Hanes; brother, Richard (Dick) Hanes and sister-in-law, Diane Krukowski-Hanes.
