Hastings Funeral Home in Perry, is in charge of arrangements for Dawn Lynn Harl, 38, of Des Moines (Formally of Perry). Dawn is survived by her parents, Jack and Edith Frantum of Perry; Daughter, MaKayla Harl of Des Moines; 3 brothers and 2 sisters. A Celebration of Life will be held on January 2nd, 2016 at Hastings Funeral Home in Perry from 1 p.m.-4 p.m. Memorials may be made to benefit her 11 year old daughter's education. They may be sent to Hastings Funeral Home in Perry.
