Arrangements are pending at Hastings Funeral Home in Jefferson for Cynthia Lou Mitchell, 48, of Jefferson. She died at her home Wednesday. She is survived by her husband James; sons James Mitchell Jr. of Ankeny, Brandon Mitchell of Jefferson, Jeff Sly and Joey Sly both of Ottumwa Jason Worthington and John Worthington both of Des Moines and sister Teresa Faber of Des Moines.
