Carol J. Howard, age 83, of Johnston, passed away on Wednesday, March 3, 2021, at her home in Johnston. Carol is survived by her children, Lori Mendenhall, Steve (Peggy) Card, Tomi (Mike) Cooney, and Ann (Frank) Bagley; 7 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren. A private family graveside service will be held at a later date.
