Carl "Bill" William Martin

Carl Bill William Martin, 74, passed away Saturday, September 26, 2015 at Mercy Hospice in Johnston. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, September 30 at Saint Joseph Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Glendale Cemetery. A Rosary service will be held at 3:30 p.m., with visitation following from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 29 at Caldwell Parrish Funeral Home & Crematory. Bill was a long time parishioner at Saint Joseph Catholic Church and enjoyed drag racing, driving fast, old cars, driving his new truck, frequenting his local beer joints, Fox News, modelaires and eating pizza. He will be greatly missed by many. Bill is survived by his children, Cyndy Schnoor, Tim (Diane) Martin, Dianna Beveridge, Danny Martin and Mary Ann (Dan) Dershem; longtime companion, Diana Beveridge; two brothers, two sisters, eight grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Saint Joseph Catholic Church.
