Camilla Sue McCain

Camilla Sue McCain, 69, of Bouton, passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 26, 2026, at Madrid Home.

A private burial will be held at Woodward Cemetery in Woodward. Online condolences may be left for the family at www.caldwellparrish.com.

Camilla was born on July 3, 1956, in Jefferson, Iowa, the daughter of Charles “Chuck” and Patricia “Pat” (Whitcher) McCain. She graduated from Perry High School. Camilla was a longtime employee of the Woodward Resource Center, where she dedicated nearly 30 years of service before retiring.

In her earlier years, she was an active member of the Bouton Betterment Committee. Following her retirement, she enjoyed the comfort and quiet of staying at home.

She is survived by her sister, Belinda Nelson of Graham, Washington; her brother, Jack McCain of Perry; her niece, Sarah McCain of Boone; her close friend, Karen Wright of Minburn; as well as many cousins, extended family members, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Chuck and Pat McCain; and her sister, Marsha McCain.
