Ann Marie Raife

Ann Marie Raife passed with peace and grace on August 26th at her home in Urbandale. She is survived by her husband, David, her daughters Elizabeth, Monica (Tim), Alison, and Gretchen (Shawn), her son Greg, and grandchildren Jake, Jessi, Nikki, Ashok, Anu, Akaash, Liam, Hannah, Ben, Hope, Laya, Madeline, Abigail, and Maya, as well as four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, Seward Eugene Catus. Ann was born in Shenandoah, IA, attended Iowa State University, and settled in with her husband and children in Urbandale. She enjoyed gardening, traveling, and taking care of her grandchildren. She will always be remembered as a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. A visitation will be held at Caldwell Parrish Funeral Home on Monday, August 31st, from 4-7 pm, with a vigil service at 6pm, followed by a funeral on Tuesday, September 1st at 11 am at St. Pius X Church. Memorial contributions may be made to her husband, in loving memory of Ann.
